Da Buzzico’s menus always offer fresh and seasonal products, and you can taste many traditional dishes made according to the Tolfetan tradition such as Acquacotta (soup of vegetables and bread), Ghighe (like strozzapreti – handmade pasta – seasoned according to tradition with tomato sauce and sausage), pork loin, panzanella (a special salad), several types of soup such as that with lamb or cod and raisin, as well as the well known fettuccine alla Bastone (thick pasta with a special sauce).
Tanti sono i piatti tipici della cultura tolfetana ma sicuramente il più rappresentativo è l’Acquacotta.
